We at 24Basket want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will refund the entire cost of the product (excluding shipping and handling charges) to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund process may take 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Return Policy:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hour of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a return pickup. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
